How to delete your account

1. In the app: Open OwnlyX → Settings → Account → Delete account, then follow the on-screen steps to confirm. (Available when the app is live.)
2. By email: Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to ownlyx8@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email or phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your profile and account credentials will be permanently removed.
• Personal data stored for app functionality (e.g. preferences, linked identifiers) will be deleted.
• Some information may be retained where required by law (e.g. fraud prevention, tax, or regulatory records) for a limited period, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You may receive a confirmation email once deletion is finished. If you signed in with a third party (e.g. Google), you may also revoke app access in your provider's account settings.
